These forms of support can stand alone or be combined within one trajectory, always in close collaboration with those involved.
About me
For seventeen years I have worked as an insights consultant and team lead, helping organizations gather and interpret insights and translate them into clear strategic direction. In that role, I led complex projects related to positioning, customer and stakeholder experience, innovation, brand and policy questions, working closely with management and stakeholders at different levels.
People know me as someone who quickly gets to the heart of a matter, thinks clearly and brings calm when many things are happening at once. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and slow things down when needed, creating space for sharper choices. And when appropriate, I am not afraid to name direction and make decisions explicit.
I am motivated by making sense of complexity and helping organizations move forward with clarity. Decisions grounded in clear questions, relevant insights and careful thinking.
In early 2026 I made the move to work independently. With more room for tailored approaches and the methods I find most valuable, and with the ability to also help smaller organizations that don't have the budget for a large agency or an extensive consultancy engagement.
I value collaboration and take responsibility where it helps, without taking ownership away from the organization. I work in different capacities, including strategic advice, guiding projects and research, facilitating working sessions and interim roles.
