About Odette

For seventeen years I worked as an insights consultant and team lead. In that role, I helped organisations clarify challenges, interpret insights and translate them into strategic direction and decision making. I guided complex projects around positioning, customer experience, stakeholder experience, innovation, brand and policy, working closely with management and stakeholders at different levels.

People know me as someone who quickly gets to the core, thinks sharply and brings calm when many things are happening at once. I bring structure and identify where something is still unclear, creates tension or could move in different directions. This creates space for sharper decisions. And when needed, I dare to indicate direction and make decisions explicit.

My experience is broad. I have worked for organisations across different sectors, from financial services and FMCG to non profit, government and healthcare related contexts. The content differs from one organisation to another, but the core is often the same: clarifying what really needs to be grounded, which assumptions are involved and how insights can contribute to better decisions.

In early 2026, I made the move into entrepreneurship. I wanted more space to work in a way that fits me: sharp, involved and aligned with what a challenge truly needs. This also allows me to help organisations that need strategic clarity, but not necessarily a large agency or extensive consulting project.

I like to work collaboratively and take responsibility where it helps, without taking ownership away from the organisation. This can take different forms: as a strategic sparring partner, by sharpening challenges and plans, by guiding projects or research, through working sessions or in a temporary role.
